A collectible jewelry-quality process that pairs polished metal borders with rich hard-fired enamel to create a smooth and shiny surface.

Each design is stamped into brass and the recessed areas are filled with enamel which is then fired at a very high temperature. Soft Enamel:
A recessed color fill with raised metal borders creates dimension and serves as a lower cost alternative to Hard Enamel. Available in both Standard and Economy options.

Photo Etched:
An economical enamel option that reproduces fine detail and is coated with an epoxy dome for added durability.
Our Etched pins offer a way to have an enameled pin at an economical price. Using a thinner piece of brass, each design is acid-etched, enabling us to reproduce fine details. The colors are then filled in and fired for durability. The pin is polished and then an epoxy dome is applied to protect the finish.
When you want a similar look to soft enamel pins but with a more economical price, photo etched lapel pins are an excellent solution. Made from a thinner metal plate that is suitable for etching, these pins offer the advantages of color with the affordability many budgets require. |

Screen Printed
Choose our Printed Pins when your design requires fine lines and details in a specific color rather than in metal or when your image is a painting or photograph. Using the same thickness of metal as our Etched pins and the latest printing technology, each design in printed directly onto the brass. An epoxy dome is applied to protect the image.
Silk screen pins deliver a great deal of detail produced in full color. When corporate standards must be followed to exact specifications, silk screen lapel pins are a great option. The screening process allows colors to "bleed" all the way to the edges of the pins and also accommodates accurate reproduction of registration and trademark symbols. |

The appearance of your custom die-struck pin is characterized by matte-surfaced backgrounds with raised-relief areas that have been highly polished. Pins can also be antique finished. |
